I am actually very interested to see how the Conference will deal with the issue of aggression. I will keep my fingers crossed and just hope that an agreement will be reached this time to include this ‘supreme crime’ in the subject matter – jurisdiction of the ICC. The international community must not miss this golden opportunity to prevent the issue of defining aggression from becoming a persistent lacuna in the international criminal law system. <br /><br /><br />Congratulations to you on the launch of your new book!
